Michelle is a coach, healer and teacher who has empowered hundreds of people on their journey of self-healing. When she retired from her full-time career in education Michelle began her own extensive studies in mindfulness and mind-body healing. Michelle completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees as well as her PhD course work in Natural Medicine.
Michelle's devotion to yoga and meditation led her to Deepak Chopra’s Center for Wellbeing. At the Center she began studying Ayurveda, the ancient healing science of India. These teachings and the profound well-being that she experienced turned what started as her own healing journey into a passion for teaching people to expand their understanding of the mind/body connection. Michelle combines modern techniques and age-old wisdom to guide her clients to wholeness, balance, and alignment with their true self to allow them to create the life they want to live.
Michelle is a Certified Instructor of The Chopra Center Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program and hosts healing retreats at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carefree, AZ. Additionally, Michelle is a Certified Meditation Teacher, a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and Health Coach. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Education and continues to work on her PhD thesis.
Michelle enjoys long walks on the beach, connecting with friends, attending yoga and meditation retreats around the world, and spending time with her family.
