Stimulate Hair Growth with Platelet Rich Plasma

Platelet Rich Plasma or PRP: The treatment begins with a simple blood draw.

Blood is a spun in a unique centrifuge that separates plasma and platelets.

The plasma, now highly concentrated with rich platelets, is collected in
a syringe and injected back into the tissues where needed.

Growth factors stimulate stem cells to create new, youthful tissue.

PRP is extracted from your own blood, there’s no risk of side effects.

Over 100,000 procedures have been performed to date with no complications reported.

Frequently Asked Questions

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is blood plasma that contains concentrated amounts of platelets and growth factors. These growth factors help stimulate the activity of the hair follicles and promote new hair growth. Patients usually notice decreased hair shedding, followed by early regrowth and increased hair length

A nurse will perform a standard blood draw from the arm into a special tube. The tube of blood is put into a machine called a centrifuge, which spins the tube to separate out the red blood cells from the plasma. The plasma is injected directly into the scalp. The process is quick and easy and requires little to no downtime

The exclusive Eclipse PRP® tubes are close to a physiologic pH, which means the product is less likely to cause a stinging or burning sensation. There may be some temporary discomfort or possible redness and inflammation at the application site. Most patients experience a temporary pressure sensation in the areas injected.

Consistent treatments are key for optimal results. Typically, four treatments are performed once a month. Most patients will then have the treatment repeated every three to six months thereafter to maintain results.
