Sophia Avalos - Medical Assistant

Sophia has over five years of experience in the medical field. She got certified through United Education Institute. After receiving her certifications, she worked in a medical office, gaining work experience before working in dermatology. She worked as a dermatology medical assistant for two and a half years before coming over to Kind.

Sophia is also a certified massage therapist. She earned her credentials through the Andaman Institute of Massage. At Kind, she offers personalized, therapeutic massages for patients. She will tailor her massage technique to the patient's needs, making it a unique experience!

Her favorite part about working at Kind is the culture. Coming into the office every day and working with such fun, inspiring, hardworking co-workers is what makes her job the most enjoyable. She also loves getting to know patients and seeing their progress through our body sculpting treatments.

Outside of Kind, Sophia loves spending time with family, going on hikes, working out, or being at the beach.
