Am I a good candidate for Emsella?

• Can’t stop urinary leakage
• Urinate after laughing, coughing, or sneezing forcefully
• Find it difficult to get to the bathroom on time
• Must urinate immediately once the sensation alerts you
• Take bathroom breaks often during the day to avoid accidents
• If you have a disorder that causes bleeding, are expecting, or have any surgical implants in your body (i.e., an IUD, a pacemaker, or any other electronic or metal implant), you are likely not a candidate for Emsella. What to expect from Emsella?

There is no need to prepare for the Emsella treatment. During the session, you will be seated, remained fully clothed and experience tingling and pelvic floor muscles’ contractions. A typical treatment takes about half an hour. Although Dr Nanos and the team at Kind Health Group will tailor a treatment plan specifically for your individual needs, most patients will need 6 sessions, scheduled once to twice weekly. The results improve week over week.

How long will my results last?

Emsella results may diminish over time. This is to be expected as your pelvic floor muscle strength will need to be exercised regularly to maintain strength. However, your Emsella results can last anywhere from 6 - 12 months before needing retouching.

Will Emsella help my vaginal dryness?

Emsella yields many benefits by tightening the vagina and uterine walls. You may notice improvement in a number of areas. Some of these improvements may improve vaginal dryness, difficulty being aroused, and pain surrounding sex.

Does Emsella have any side effects?

You should not notice any major side effects with Emsella. There is an occasional feeling of tingling throughout the procedure. However, you should be discomfort-free as soon as treatment is over.
