You can reach out to our team at any time and likewise we will reach out to you on a regular basis. We encourage the use of Fitbits, Apple Watches and other wearable health monitors that we can sync with our system. By actively tracking measurable and customized health data points, such as steps, sleep, water/veggie intake, stressors, blood pressure or blood sugar, we can work together to keep you accountable.
