You can reach out to our team at any time and likewise we will reach out to you on a regular basis. We encourage the use of Fitbits, Apple Watches, and other wearable health monitors that we can sync with our system. By actively tracking measurable and customized health data points such as steps, sleep, water/veggie intake, stressors, blood pressure, or blood sugar, we can work together to keep you accountable.

S.M.A.R.T. goals are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time Bound. Patients who have been actively participating in our health coaching program during the last year have ALL experienced significant measurable improvements in their health without the use of medications.

Annie holds a Masters Degree in Education and is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. She received her professional training from the Institute for Functional Medicine.
